background
The Boise State Rec Center put on a hiring campaign for multiple student jobs and I was in charge of creating digital and physical signage for it. I wanted the campaign to look fun and inviting, so I chose to illustrate the various open positions in a doodle like way. It reminded me of past jobs I had where my co-workers and I would make doodles on work papers as little surprises!

results
The final deliverables of this campaign included letter sized flyers, half sheet and quarter sheet flyers, a large a-frame poster, and an animated GIF sent out in an e-mail. While illustrating the characters, I tried to remain fluid in genders and ethnicities presented through simplified forms, characteristics, and color palette. The team at Boise State Rec must have enjoyed the look of this campaign as much as me because the a-frame poster is still in use today. :)
